Olivier took over the helm of Knapp Mill August 6, 2019, after the prior owner, Jim Kalber retired and sold the business. As of November, 2022, he now owns the business.

Olivier arrived at Knapp with an already impressive background in Customer Service, Operations Management, Purchasing, and Production Management. His most recent employment was at Creative Manufacturing Solutions, a full service CNC sheet metal and machining operation in Morgan Hill.

Olivier’s understands the importance for Knapp Mill and Cabinets LLC to keep the traditions alive and going strong while servicing the wood working needs of the Monterey Bay area. The entire cabinet making staff stayed on during the transition and Olivier has even hired back some cabinet makers that worked at the shop in the past, continuing the long standing traditions and skills that have made Knapp the name to count on for craftmanship and reliability.
